I want to cancel subscription. I cant find the option to cancel subscription on Billings & Subscription. It is only requesting i change my billings information.

Hi, disposableswareh.

We are sad to know that you want to cancel your QuickBooks Online account. In cancelling the account you need to be company admin or master admin to have the option to cancel the account. If you are now the admin on the account then, you can now cancel the subscription.

Here's how to cancel the account:

  1. Sign in as an Admin to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing and Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel (paid subscription) or Cancel Trial (if you’re using a trial).
  5. Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  6. Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.
