It's sad to know that you're canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me share some information about the suspended subscription, Shamol.

When we couldn't process your monthly subscription payment successfully, you'll receive an email saying your subscription is suspended. The Suspended status will also show on the Billing & Subscription page.

The paid subscription is terminated and your data will be available in read-only access for 1 year from the date of cancellation. If it's still on the trial period, your data will be available in read-only access for 90 days.

This means there's no need for you to cancel your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The suspension will only be cleared shortly, or at the latest, by midnight PT if you want to process the payment.

For more details about suspended subscription, check out these articles:

To learn more about canceling your account, see Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial article.

You can also contact our Customer Support Team to verify on our end if your QBO account is already canceled. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide the details you need.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human
  5. Press Contact us.
  6. Tick Continue
  7. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.

Here's an article that will help you learn to resubscribe should you need to come back with us: How to reactivate QuickBooks Online.

That should point you out in the right direction. The Community will always have your back if you need anything else in QBO. Assitance is just one click away. Take care always.
