I'm here to help change your subscription plan from yearly to monthly, lucky-adesunloye.

You need to resubscribe first before switching to monthly billing.

To do so, you may need to use another card for the renewal. That way, you'll be able to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account.

No worries, you'll get a refund for any unused portion of your old plan. To reactivate your account, please follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  4. Choose Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information, then Resubscribe.

To switch from yearly to monthly billing, here are the steps.

  1. Go to Settings , then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click Switch to monthly billing.
  4. Select Switch, then Done.

I'm adding these links to help manage your billing schedule and how to update your billing information.
