I want to resubscribe. with regular amount but it asks for 36000. is anybody facing same problem?

Let's review your subscription to make sure you're paying the correct amount, solar1.

The current monthly rate for QuickBooks Online (QBO) India subscription is INR 529 + 18% GST which includes 50% off for 3 months. After three months, you'll now be now paying the regular amount which excludes the discount. You'll want to make sure that you're logged in as the Primary Admin to make sure that you're paying the correct rate. 

If you're still asked for the 36000, let's perform some steps to resolve this issue. You can try logging into your QBO account using a private browser (incognito). Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once signed in, log in to your account and double-check if you're still asked for the 36000 amount. If not, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
