Did you purchase your trial account? The discounted rate ($342.14) is only applicable when signing up for a new blank account.

You can request a refund and sign up for a new one later.

I understand that subscription payment is a business expense, so I would also ask the same thing if I were in your situation. Let me help ensure that we address your subscription concern appropriately, i-am-sean15.

We always offer a discounted amount that will last for a few months before setting up an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once this expires, we'll be charging a regular rate in your bank account for the subscription. The discounted rate may vary, and you may review our Pricing website for reference: QuickBooks Online. Since you were promised by one of our support agents , I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support. They can check your account and help you with this one. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon on the top menu.
  2. In QB Assistant, enter “Payment issue” in the field.
  3. Click Contact Support Team to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Select Chat with us.

Additionally, you can change your billing info, payment method, and manage your subscription through your account. I’ve included a link where you can access our self-help articles: QBO guide. It contains topics that will help you efficiently handle your account, taxes, banking-related activities, handle customer or supplier transactions.

Don't hesitate to post again if you have other questions related to QuickBooks. I'm always here if you need further assistance with your subscription. Take care always.
