I was promised $342 plan for my quick books annual subscription. Why did it charge $388 on paypal?

We always offer a discounted amount that will last for a few months before setting up an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once this expires, we'll be charging a regular rate in your bank account for the subscription. The discounted rate may vary, and you may review our Pricing website for reference: QuickBooks Online.
