I was told i will be charged only USD10 for my monthly subscription. Could you pls check why i am charged USD35 for [Removed by the Moderator]

First off, keep in mind that this is a public forum. Please refrain from sharing any personal or private business information.

 

Our Customer Care Support team can take a look at your account and check why you're charged for that amount. You can contact them directly from your account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter Talk to a human.
  4. Select Contact Support Team.
  5. Enter the topic you need help with, such as "renew."
  6. Select No, I still need help.
  7. Click Contact Support Team.
  8. Choose Start a chat.

 

Additionally, if you need to make some changes to your billing, payment, and subscription information, you can manage them directly from QuickBooks Online.
