I was told via email weeks ago that my account can be cancelled and refunded



i have replied mulitple times asking them to go ahead with the cancellation but noone is replying to the email. Please cancel and refund my accountfor 2024 please

Once you've successfully canceled your subscription, note that you'll only have read-only access to your data. We will remove your data after a year if you fail to resubscribe or reactivate your account.
