Welcome to the Community, salman2.

Printing vouchers in QuickBooks Online should not have a zero balance as long as the amount entered is correct.

This kind of behavior can often be caused by a browser issue. Thus, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to confirm.

Let's start by accessing your account through a private browser or incognito window. This is a good place to start the troubleshoot since this type of browser doesn't store cache.

You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, try printing the voucher again and see how it works. Let's open the cheque by using the Advance Search option. I'll show you how below:

  1. Click the  Magnifying Glass icon.
  2. Enter the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then select the cheque.
  3. If the transaction you're looking for does not appear on the results list, select Advanced Search, adjust the filters to find the type of data you want.
  4. Click Print cheque, then click Print setup.
  5. Select Voucher, then click Yes, I'm finished with setup.
  6. Choose Preview and print.
  7. Click Print, then Print again.

Or, you can also create a bill, then print the bill payment check

If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the cache to make sure your browser functions more efficiently. Otherwise, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.
