Hi there, kk-bos-primexbro. I recognize your challenge in integrating your two separate logins into a single login for your QuickBooks Online account.

Combining two (2) QuickBooks Online accounts into one login isn't possible. However, there is a way we can ensure you can access two accounts in one credential. But first, we'll need to identify which of the two logins you want to keep as a primary.

Once you determine which account is the primary account, log in to your secondary account and update the email address to match the primary account email. Like this:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online (secondary account).
  2. On the home screen, click the Profile icon next to the Settings icon.
  3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
  4. Go to Sign in & security, then click the Email address to update.
  5. Enter and confirm the email, then hit Save.
  6. You can also update the user ID of the secondary account. (optional)

After that, you'll just have to log in using the same email and then choose the user ID that corresponds to the QuickBooks Online account. Here's a simple illustration:

I've added this article for more information on managing an Intuit Account: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

In case you need to update the company's email or other info, use this as a reference: Change your company name, contact info, or Business ID No in QuickBooks Online.
