If I have an old QuickBooks 2016 Desktop file on my OneDrive, how do I pull the information into my QB Online? My old laptop with the software installed doesn't work.

Currently, migrating QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online is available in the UK, US, and Canada versions. Since you have an international subscription, you may consider using a third-party application tool. I’m unable to recommend you an app, but I'd suggest checking the reviews from the other customers to help you decide.

Here's how to look for an app:

1. On your QuickBooks Online account, click the Apps tab.
2. Go to the Finds Apps tab.
3. In the search tab, type in the app you're looking for or you can enter keywords.
