Have you send any message to Support? Otherwise you may need a workaround with an extra cost to resolve it.

Thanks for your time visiting our forum today, @timothy-rwakihem.

There is only one Admin user in QuickBooks Online, which name will also reflect in our system. This is usually based on who's paying the subscription to Intuit. That said, getting another administrator access is currently unavailable.

However, the Master Administrator when logged into QuickBooks Online can transfer right to an existing Company Administrator.

To do that:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Hit on Manage Users.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action column and choose Make master admin
  4. Select Make master admin on the pop-up that appears.
  5. An invitation email will then be sent to the user to accept the role.

I recommend the checking this article for additional information about modifying roles in QuickBooks Online: Learn how to transfer or change who manages your books in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, if you no longer have contacts with the Master Admin, you'll need to reach out to our Customer Care Team. They'll assist you by gathering the necessary info to complete a Master Admin claim. Once the claim is finished, the rights will be transferred to your or any other desired account user.

Please see the steps and snips below on how to contact them:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Start Chat

Let me know how things turn out or if you have any other questions. I'll be right here to help. Take care!
