I'm dedicated to providing the information you need about paying for a read-only QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, Rimworldcap.

Currently, it's not possible to pay for a read-only QBO subscription. However, the program allows you to have read-only access to your data once you cancel your QBO account.

It's also important to note that this access is only valid for one year after the cancellation date. That said, you'll want to export your data and save it on your local hard drive for future use.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Export Data.
  2. Click the Reports tab and switch on the data you want to export. Do the same in the Lists tab.
  3. Select Export to Excel.

Here's an article for additional details about exporting data: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you can always resubscribe to your QBO account if you need to continue where you left off.

I appreciate you for joining us today. For any further assistance regarding the QBO read-only access, the Community is a great resource. We look forward to seeing you again. Have a wonderful day ahead.
