Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, Rapido2021.

 

If you didn't receive a confirmation email about your subscription payment, you can follow these steps to check the billing history:

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
  2. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab. 
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click on View payment history
  4. On the Payment History page, select a date range and then click on the printer icon to print.

Otherwise, reach out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and check your payment status.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > QB Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and select either Ask me a question or Contact Support Team.
