I'd be pleased to help you get past this issue so you can invite your accountant, @info1590.

To start, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem. To start, let's access your QBO account using incognito mode. Private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites. Here are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, invite your accountant again. Here's how:

  1. Ensure that you log in as the Master admin of your QBO account.
  2. Go to Settings and click Manage users.
  3. Select the Accounting firms tab.
  4. Choose Invite.
  5. Enter your accountant's info and select Save.

For the detailed steps, please see this article: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.

If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Just in case you'll need an additional person to manage your QBO account, you can easily add them as one of the users. Then, to manage what they can and cannot do within your company file, you can restrict their access
