Is there anybody providing freelance accounting gig using QB in Malaysia?

I'd like to offer a helping hand regarding your account issues. 

 

As what Fiat mentioned, what issues do you have on your account? I'd appreciate if you can give more details them. I'll be able to come up with the best way to handle the problems and help you out. 

 

However if you prefer to have someone look at your account and fix the issues, you can contact our agents. They'll fix you right up and ensure you'll be able to work on your QuickBooks Online account again. 

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu. 
  2. On the chat box, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. When asked, enter a brief detail about the issue on your account.
  5. Hit Continue.
  6. Click the Chat with us. 

 

A freelancer or a bookkeeper might chime in this thread and offer their services to you. Alternatively, you can look for a ProAdvisor offering their gig near your place: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/my/find-an-accountant/.

I manage to chat with one of QB agent yesterday. The issue was sales transactions were double taken-up after I match the bank deposit and manually recorded receiving the payment in my account. However, that is one of the many issues that I encountered and it is kind of frustrating trying to navigate the QB functions without a helping hand. 

 

I would really appreciate if QB can provide an online class for a new user like me. A separate class for those with or without accounting background will be easier for you to come up with the syllabus.

 

On the other hand, a complete user manual in PDF format for us will be much help.
