Here's how:

  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary or company admin.
  3. Go to the Gear icon and click on Subscriptions and billing.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel your trial.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps.

Keep in mind, that if you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to cancel through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
