I've contacted support on chat as well, they said that engineering team will email you but they haven't. What should I do now?

Should I try another platform? disappointment

Hello there, implekotech.

I'll share some updates about your Multicurrency concern.

I can see how the inability to enable the Multicurrency feature affects your business productivity. However, the investigation regarding this matter is still ongoing. We currently don't have the exact timeframe for the resolution. Since you've already contacted our customer support team, rest assured that you'll receive timely updates via email.

In the meantime, you can proceed to these workarounds to utilize this feature and keep your business going:

  1. Switch the home currency from your current home currency in QuickBooks Online to USD.
  2. Alter the home currency from USD back to your preferred home currency.
  3. At this point, you can modify the home currency to other currencies based on your needs.
  4. Finally, activate the Multicurrency feature.

In addition, you can refer to this article for a thorough understanding of how you can utilize multicurrency to deal with foreign transactions: Set up and use Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
