Yes. it's possible to cancel your QBO subscription, vizuhdigital.

You can actually do it inside your account. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Company Settings.
  2. Proceed to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps and click Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Click Got it.

Please take note that the length of time the system stores your data depends on how your account was cancelled:

  • If a paid subscription subscription is terminated, your data will be available in read-only access for 1 year from the date of cancellation.
  • If it's still on the trial period, your data will be available in read-only access for 90 days.

We recommend that you export or print your data before cancelling your account. However, as long as you're within the read-only access period of your cancelled account, you'll still be able to export your data. See these articles for more details: Export reports, lists, and more.
