Welcome and thanks for dropping by the Community, @kaceyhollis.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can only export and import lists from one company to another. The transactions need to be entered manually. You may use a CSV or an Excel file to export the lists then import it to another QBO.

To export list, here's how:

  1. Log into your old QBO account, then go to the Reports menu at the left pane.
  2. Depending on what list you need to export, search for and run Account ListCustomer Contact ListSupplier Contact List, or Product/Service List report.
  3. Customise the list's columns, then after saving the report, export it.
  4. Open it in Excel and delete rows 1-4 to remove the company name and report title from the sheet.
  5. Once done, save it as Excel or CSV.

After that, you can now import them to the new account. Please refer to this article and proceed to Step 2 for the detailed steps on how: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

@kaceyhollis

Another option, utilize a 3rd party migration tool.
