Try open the link on your incognito/private browser. As far as I know, you have to pay it by a credit card.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'll share steps to ensure your monthly subscription gets activated. Can I ask if you received a specific error message while trying to activate your monthly subscription? I appreciate any further information so I can give accurate details.

 

If you receive a “My subscription payment failed” email message, it means we can't charge the billing account for your subscription. The card on file may be out of date, invalid, or the card issuer may have declined the payment. I suggest updating your billing information and make sure you entered the correct account details.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear ⚙ icon and choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. Click Edit ✎ for your Payment Method.
  5. Update your billing info.
  6. Hit Save.

 

If the error persists, you'll need to review your billing info by going back and edit your payment method again. And, here are a few things to check:

 

  • Make sure there are no special characters or symbols (such as @ or *) in your billing address. Special characters will cause errors.
  • Make sure every field on the payment method screen is filled in, including the Postal code. If your address doesn't have a Postal code, enter 00000.
  • Follow "Step 1: Update your billing info" in a private web browser. For Google, this is called Incognito mode and for Safari, it's a Private window.
