I'm here to help ensure you're able to subscribe to QuickBooks Online, 9130347444896756.

The subscription payment failed when the card on file is out of date or invalid. There's also a possibility that the card issuer had declined the payment.

All you need to do is update your billing info. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the master admin of the account.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Click Edit ✎ for your Payment Method and select Net Banking.
  5. Update your billing info.
  6. Select Save.

You can browse this link to know why you need Net Banking as the payment type: How to resubscribe or reactivate. It includes FAQs about your billing and subscription.

Once you update your billing info, it can take up to 24 hours to activate your account. If the subscription still failed, update the billing information in a private browser.

If it works, you need to clear the browser's cache and cookies. Doing this will delete histories, including the page that causes the payment to fail.

If not, I recommend requesting a callback from our QuickBooks Online Live Team. They can pull up your account and verify your subscription.

Let me know if you have follow-up questions about your subscription. I'll stay around until you're able to subscribe.

Are you opening a new blank QBO account or renew one? Try opening the link on your private/incognito browser.
