Question

My boss gave me access as an administrator to billing and Subscription, but I still cannot see any information there. What we are doing wrong? Thanks

Hello there, vvdariavv.

 

The administrator access can see information from the Billing & Subscription page. After you accepted the invitation given by your boss, we can refresh your browser to make sure the most up-to-date information generates in the program. Click the Reload icon or press F5 on your keyboard. 

 

If the same thing happens, we can log in using an incognito window. It helps us determine if it's a browser-related issue. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, we can go back to our main browser and clear the cache. This is to start your data fresh and help QuickBooks to work well. Lastly, you can use other supported browsers like Mozilla, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. For Safari, make sure to use the latest one.
