My monthly payment towards subscription is auto debit/ECS. As per message flashing about Intuit services will continue till April 23 without charges.

Hello, hogarpunjab.

 

I'd like to help you with the flashed message, and point you to the right direction about your subscription. 

 

I take it that you're referring to the product discontinuation message for QuickBooks Online India. 

 

Just to elaborate on the message, we will be discontinuing our services in India. So, QuickBooks Online is no longer offered after April 30, 2023. All users who signed up and paid prior to July 31, 2022 will be transferred to a free subscription.

If you need help with your subscription in relation to the discontinuation notice, I would recommend contacting our support. They'll pull up your account and give you some options about the subscription payment for your account. 

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. On the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the text box, type something like "manage subscription regarding the discontinuation."
  5. Click Chat with us

 

Since we will be discontinuing the service, I would also recommend exporting your data for backup purposes.
