Hi, @marripaparao7-gm.

I can help you with connecting your personal SBI account to QuickBooks Online.

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then click on Banking or Transactions at the left pane.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Connect Account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting. Or select Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
  4. Search for your bank. You can connect with most banks, even small credit unions.
  5. Hit Continue, then enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.

If you encounter issues or errors, here's how you can resolve them.

Once your bank account is connected to QuickBooks, the system automatically downloads and categorises bank transactions for you. If you want to review them, here's how: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'm also adding this link for more hints about banking and reconciliations: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
