Thanks for posting to the Community, @user62582. I can share a few details on how to change the number format in sales forms.

Usually, when printing QuickBooks Online (QBO) transaction forms like purchase orders and other sales/expenses forms, the standard decimal place is 2. You can go to the Advanced settings to change your other preferences, specifically for the number format.

Here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings.
  2. On the left pane, select Advanced.
  3. Click anywhere inside Other preferences.
  4. Select your preferred Number format on the drop-down.
  5. Hit Save and Done.

Also, rounding up the number of decimal places is a brilliant ability. While we're in the process of improving your QuickBooks navigation and experience, you may visit our QuickBooks blog site. This way, you can check what's new in QBO.

For future reference, feel free to read this resource about personalising sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
