My Quickbook account with ID xxxxxxxx@xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx is block but I already paid why you block it reply thanks

We'd really want to have this sorted out so you can access QBO, dubai2.

 

Billing and subscription issues require us to open and verify your account. However, we're unable to do that in the Community because this is a public forum. 

 

I would recommend reaching out to our chat or email support teams. They can take a look at your account and help you sort this out. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, type in "support", and then press Enter.
  2. Click Contact Support Team
  3. Type in "support" again and press Enter.
  4. Select No, I still need help.
  5. Click Contact Support Team
  6. Select Chat.
