My registered mail can't receive the invitation link sent to me.

Problem receiving in my email the invite link.

Hello there, nessesapungan,

 

Let's check first if the invitation is in the junk email or spam folder. If the email is not there, I recommend resending the user invite. You can provide these steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
  3. Locate the user you need to re-invite.
  4. Select Resend invite in the Action column.
