My State Bank of India Corporate account is disconnected, when I try to connect it asks user/PW/OTP, even after I enter all info, it keeps asking me for the same.

To begin with, let's try logging into your QBO account and connecting to online banking using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

 

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to connect your bank account accordingly. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.
