My Subscription Expired yesterday But at the time of Resubscribe it is looking that something is wrong.

Did you receive a specific error message when you tried activating your account?  There are times that regular browsers stores cache files and can cause unusual behavior within frequently visited sites such as QuickBooks Online. 

 

You can verify that by logging into your account using a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, try to check if you've successfully resubscribed. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Account and settings.
  3. From the Billing & Subscription menu, you'll see that QuickBooks is not greyed out and it's active.
  4. Click Done to close.

If you're not prompted with any errors, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other ways on how to isolate these kinds of issues are to use other supported browsers.
