My subscription has been cancelled on 15/01/2021 even though i was trying to resubscribe since 14 Jan and Rs.5 is also deducted on 14 Jan but account didn't activated.

If you're still unable to renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account despite entering the correct information, I highly suggest contacting our Support team through chat or by sending an e-mail. They can pull up your account and help you resubscribe. They can also verify the charge that you got.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Choose how you want to contact support.
