My subscription suspended due to credit card

Hi,

My name is subramanian. My company name is Vrddhi Business Solutions

 

My company id is 1231 4626 8212 984

 

My account is suspended due to credit card issue.

It is allowing me to resubscribe only for Quick book plus.

 

I want to resubscribe to the same price i was paying. Can you please help me how to do it.

I love quickbooks and dont want to miss it.

Welcome aboard to the Community. I'm here to help you get the support you need to get back on track with using QuickBooks Online.

 

I'm glad to know you love QuickBooks and want to continue using it. I want to be the one assisting you, but the concern involves checking the account info.

 

You'll need to get in touch with our QuickBooks Support Team to renew with the lower version. I recommend reaching them directly within your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to the QB Assistant tab.
  3. Type in your question in the search box.
  4. Select Contact Support Team. DISANG2.JPG
  5. Click No, I still need help.
  6. You'll be routed in the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  7. Choose Chat.
