Question

My subscription was done via apple, but now let it expire and now I want to subscribe through the website, but I can’t see that option. How can I do that?

  1. Kindly visit our QuickBooks Online Plans and Pricing website.
  2. From there, you can choose a plan that best suits your business.


     
  3. Once ready, click on Buy now.
  4. Choose your country and preferred language, then click on Save.


     
  5. Once ready, you can then proceed to checkout by creating an Intuit account.

This is for a new account. I have an active account with an active business profile. I just was to switch the billing instead of being through apple to direct.

Since there's no direct way of transferring the billing to Intuit through the web, the best thing to do right now is to get in touch with our Support Team. Also, matters like this are best handled by our support team as this includes confidential information. They can help you with the process and perform it securely by using their tools.

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select Contact us in the Search tab.
  2. From the What can we help you with field, enter your question.
  3. Click on Continue.
  4. Choose either Appointment, Callback, or Chat.
