My trial subscription has ended and I wish to pay and subscribe but an error code keeps appearing. The issue does not seem to be getting resolved for the past 4 weeks?

There aren't any current known problems with the Error code:-81832 when resubscribing to the account. We can perform some troubleshooting procedures to see if this is caused by corrupted cache files.

Let's start by accessing your account in a private or incognito browser. Your browsing history won't be saved in this mode. Here are the shortcut keys to open it:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

After that, navigate to your Account and Settings page and try to resubscribe. If it works, go back to the main browser and clear its cache. This prevents unusual browser behavior moving forward. 

If the issue persists, I suggest using another supported browser. Otherwise, contact our Customer Support team. This way, they can look into this further and provide the best resolution to your concern.
