My USA team member has send me an Invite to access his client data but I didn't receive any Invitation.

Once they add you as a user, you'll quickly get an email from quickbooks-email@intuit.com. It has the business’s name with a "Ready to get started? Let's go!" message. It could be that the invitation was tagged as spam by your email service provider. To isolate the issue, you can try checking your spam folder. 

 

However, If you're still unable to see it, have them double-check your email address and then send the invitation again. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Manage users, then select Add user.
  3. Choose a user type, then select Next.
  4. Set the appropriate access rights and user settings.
  5. Enter the user’s name and email address, then click Save.
