Your concern is sensitive and requires confidential information about your Intuit account. I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Support team. They can pull up your account, review your billing info, and assist you with your concern. You can send them a message by selecting the Start a chart option. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.

 

Additionally, you can change your billing info, payment method, and manage your subscription through your account. I also have all of the resources necessary to handle QuickBooks issues from right here. You can leave a reply below and I'll be more than happy to lend a hand.
