Did you signup mistakenly? You must cancel your QBO Global version for EU and signup for a new QBO US version.

If you've accidentally signed up for the EU version of QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can cancel your subscription for that version and sign up for QuickBooks Online US instead.

  1. Go to the Settings icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel your trial.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps.
