New team member cannot register in the QBO system on the invitation of the administrator. Reference code 25625.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-103191) into the specific error that your team member encountered. Rest assured that our engineering team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we anticipate providing you with an update soon.

To be added to the list of affected users, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team and requesting to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll receive timely updates directly on the issue via email.

Here's how to reach a live representative:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
3. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
4. Type in your concern, and click Continue.
   
5. Choose to Have us call you to secure your spot on the line.
