Question

No option / tab to add Acccountant. Used incognito browser and cleared cache's , cookies etc - STILL cannot add Accountant. Please HELP???

The option or tab to add an accountant is available to some specific regions. May I know where you're located? I'd appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.

 

However, if you added an accountant before and now this option is missing in your end, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to check the cause of the issue and to investigate why the problem persists.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about adding an accountant.
  5. Click Let's Talk.
  6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
