Question

Not able to subscribe to QBOA. Already tried incognito mode as well. Just does not budge. Multiple errors pop up. No support from QB India either.

I'll ensure that you can subscribe to QuickBooks Online Accountant India as soon as possible. Below is an additional set of troubleshooting steps so you can go through the subscription process. 

 

QuickBooks collects cache files. These files will become outdated or broken with time and can lead to issues such as being unable to subscribe to QuickBooks. With this, I'd recommend pressing the CTRL+Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache. You can also use another compatible browser to get rid of the error messages. 

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Phone Support team. Our experts can perform other troubleshooting steps and send a ticket to our engineers for further investigation. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu on the upper right side. 
  2. Select Search and click Contact Us
  3. Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk
  4. Click Chat, then complete the required details and submit the request. 

 

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a quick response.

Hi - India chat is unresponsive. They are not able to arrange a call back. They are not able to resolve on chat. Already tried multiple browsers.
