On delivery docket description information not printing any suggestions

Helping you print suggestions on your delivery docket description is my priority, groveengine.

 

We need to ensure that the Description box is selected on your sales form template to print the suggestion on your delivery docket. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Custom form styles.
  2. Find your default invoice template and click Edit.
  3. Go to the Content tab and click the middle part of the template.
  4. Under the Columns section, select the box option for Description.
  5. Hit Done.

 

After that, we can go back and do a print test to check if the suggestions are printing on your delivery docket.
