On mange users pg we are total 7 users. A 8th person is accessing QBO using a user name which I don't see on my list and one which was deleted. How is that possible?

Only the people on your Manage users page have access to your QBO company. Therefore, it's not possible for someone who is not on the list to access it. I'm curious though, how did you find out that an unknown user logged into your company?

On the other hand, you can see the records of a user's activities in the Audit log report. Click the Gear icon, choose Audit log, and filter the name of the unknown user.
