Since this is a public forum, I'm unable to pay verify why the system asks you to pay the said amount. That said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support so they can check if the page that asks you the amount is legit an Intuit account.

Once done, you can go to your Billing & Subscription page to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Click Subscribe.
4. Enter the updated company profile.
5. Select payment information type.
6. Click Subscribe.
