Our company orchid inn....[company ID removed] ...showing under cancelled companies.We paid the subscription amt also....Pls check

I'm here to ensure your account will be activated, reeja.

 

Once the subscription is paid and active, the account will be removed in the Canceled Companies column. 

 

Let's update the payment information of your QuickBooks Online account to get this resolved. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. In the Billing & Subscription tab, select the Edit icon next to your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card info.
  5. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  6. Once done, click Confirm card.

 

Then, reactivate the subscription by entering the updated payment details. Please see this article for reference: Resubscribe QuickBooks Online.

 

Once done, refresh your browser to reflect the changes.

 

You may also want to access your QuickBooks account in a private browser or use other compatible browsers to verify if it's still showing in the canceled lists.
