Our Monthly Subscription is not yet discounted. Its asking full 100% payment but at the time of renewal it was agreed that after first full payment it will get discounted

I'll share some information regarding the discount and how it works in QuickBooks.  

 

Your present subscription rate is dependent upon its original rate and any discounts offered at the time your subscription began. The discount is only available upon signing up for a new account using the Buy it Now option.

However, I suggest reaching our Customer Care Support to check your account if they can give you a discount for renewal. Please take note that our support hours is available from M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
