I can walk you through reactivating your subscription, accounts423.

 

The moment your account is canceled, we hang on to it for a year and completely delete it if you didn't resubscribe with the period. The moment you sign in to your account, you'll be directly prompted to enter your updated billing and subscription details. If not, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account using this link: qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Then, click the gear icon at the upper-right. 
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. From the Billing & Subscription menu, select Resubscribe
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully reactivate your account. 
  6. You can log out and log back in to refresh the changes.
