Hello add new user does not send me an invite. How do I add a screen shot please

Good day, gilesbelfrage. Let's get your new user added to QuickBooks Online.

 

If a user did not receive their invitation email, have them double-check their junk mail and spam folder first. If the email is still not found, the user may need to add Intuit as a trusted site to prevent the browser from potentially blocking site content.

 

Here's how to add Intuit to your Google Chrome:

 

  1. Select the Customize and control Google Chrome  icon and choose Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Advanced.
  3. In the Privacy and Security section, select Site Settings.
  4. Select Cookies.
  5. In the Allow section, select Add.

 

Adding Intuit to your Safari:

 

  1. Open Safari, then enter payroll.intuit.com
  2. Choose Enter.
  3. Select Bookmarks and select Add Bookmark.
  4. From the drop-down, under Add this page to select Top Sites.
  5. Select Add.

 

Once done, you can hit Resend Invitation and see if they can receive the email. You can go through these articles for other troubleshooting steps:
