Print preview and print tabs are unavailable on the create statement page only cancel, save, and save and send tabs are showing. What could be the issue?

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Community. Allow me to help provide additional updates about the preview and print button issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We have an ongoing issue where some users preview and print buttons unresponsive when printing checks from the check queue. Our engineers are already investigating the root cause of this unexpected hitch and are working on a solution.

 

While we are working to resolve this issue, I would suggest contacting our phone support. This way, they can add you to the list of those affected accounts. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the(Help) the icon on the taskbar.
  2. Hit the Contact us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the "What can we help you with?" box.
  4. And then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way you'll want to contact us.
  6. Continue with the prompt.
