Problem after purchasing a new account

I just purchased a subscription for quickbooks online and now when I try to login it says 

 
Thank you for your patience
We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly.
 
below that is just a button that "Back to Sign in" and takes me back to the login page.
Need help

Update:  tried on two different machines and different browsers in incognito.  Still the same.
