Question

QBO intl. (Netherlands) and keep running into an error (111) with the online banking refresh. Works initially but then stops. Bank is TransferWise (EUR). Please advise!

As said, initially works and then after some time stops. Error message is that "there are changes to the regulation and I need to do manual import". However, TransferWise is listed as supported endpoint and it does work initially. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I would recommend reaching out to Transferwise about this since the issue on their side. Then, please consider manually importing your transactions. That way, you can still manage them.

 

You can also reach out to our Support team, so they can document this behavior. They can do a screen-sharing session for this.

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Choose the Contact Us button.
  3. Type in getting error 111 on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select Email.
