    I am not sure renewal or reactivate with regular price is negotiable.  For the time being, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

    Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with current discounted price.

    my credit card changed, i updated the card but my subscription still can`t get reactivated

    I'm here to assist you with the process of renewing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. 

     

    Ensure you go through these steps:

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon.
    2. Select Your Account.
    3. Tap Renew located on the right side of Subscription Status.

    To continue, see this article: Renew my account subscription. Scroll down and look for Step 2. After going through the steps and your QBO subscription is still not renewed, there's a link on the same article for you to contact our Technical Support team.
